Overview

The concept restaurant at 1395 Brickell Avenue, is located at the base of the Conrad Hotel within the Brickell Arch building, formerly the Espirito Santo by Kohn Pedersen Fox. 

The restaurant will replace an existing CrossFit gym and will be approximately 4,500sf, consisting of a display kitchen and large bar that anchors the space. A generous dining area with a balanced mixture of banquette and table seats are arranged to provide unobstructed views of the bar and exterior seating areas .

Consideration of existing facade materials inform the interior details and enhances the visual appeal of the project when viewed from the exterior.
